How do I cook the sweet potato?
1️⃣Peel and chop one sweet potato into equal slices or pieces.
2️⃣Toss the sweet potato with 2 teaspoons melted coconut oil, pinch of cinnamon and salt. Spread on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
3️⃣Cook at 200 Celsius degrees for 20-30 minutes, tossing them every ten minutes

@fitfoodieselma Any tips on how to deal with anxiety?🤯Last night I couldn’t fall asleep because I was feeling so anxious. I will start at university in a month and that is what is mostly causing my anxiety. I am more of an introvert, so the idea of starting studying in a whole new place with people I have never met stresses me out. I know a lot of people think I am always such a happy and positive person and towards other people I am like that. But when it comes to how I treat myself, it’s a whole other case. I am my worst critic and I doubt myself every day. Somedays I get into a very negative mindset and it’s really hard to get out of it.
