-sauté 1 minced shallot in @chosenfoods avocado oil until translucent. Add 2 cloves of minced garlic, & cook for a few minutes. Throw in a pint of sliced mushrooms & a bag of frozen peas. Allow to cook down until soft & warmed through. Add 1-2 tbsp truffle paste (optional) & 1/4 cup nutritional yeast (or Parmesan cheese🧀). Mix well.
-cook @eatbanza chickpea Gemelli pasta according to box directions. When finished & strained, add into the veggie mixture. Stir together, top with more nutritional yeast (or parm) & serve! #goodnesswithg ✨

@goodness_with_g Over the past week or so, I’ve been asked the same question on several occasions, so it’s been on the top of my mind lately🤔.
And that is how am I able to balance being a full-time graduate student, teach @corepoweryoga & blog at the same time?

My answer: well, not always gracefully & with A LOT of matcha😂🍵. In all honestly, juggling everything can be crazy & overwhelming, but I’m genuinely grateful to be able to pursue what lights me up, makes me feel whole & broadens my horizons. Plus, the support & encouragement that I receive from my family, friends & community help fuel my fire always💕.

Though “free” time can seem minimal & I fight the urge to constantly be working📚, I’m learning day-by-day where these passions might lead me, & that’s incredibly exciting!
