@healthymoodsf PUMPKIN 🎃 PIE BREAD!!! as fall is approaching i’ll be posting lots of fun fall inspired recipes. today i’m sharing my favorite pumpkin bread ever!😍 made with real ingredients, the texture is on point and it tastes🔥
make it!
recipe:
combine the following ingredients and mix with the hand mixer or fork:
2/3 c coconut sugar
1 C. cooked pumpkin/squash, chilled (canned pumpkin works too! make sure it’s not to confuse it with canned pumpkin pie🤪)
1/2 C. avocado oil
2 tbsp cashew butter
1 egg, 1 egg white 
in a separate bowl mix the dry ingredients:
2 C. oat flour
2 scoops unflavored collagen (optional)
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. pink salt
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice OR (1 1/2 tsp, cinnamon, 1 tsp pumpkin spice, 1/4 tsp. nutmeg, 1/4 tsp. ginger)
add dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture. gradually add in 1/4 C. almond milk.
add nuts and chocolate chips, if desired (I added pecans and chocolate chips)
pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for 50-60 mins. 
Immediately remove from the pan and cool on a rack.
 enjoy with yogurt, nut butter or ghee butter!🤗 HAPPY WEDNESDAY!

toasted @traderjoeslist sourdough bread lathered with hummus and topped with sliced heirloom tomatoes + drizzled with EVOO & sprinkled with garlic salt and dried herbs. paired with fried eggs cooked in butter & topped with fresh dill and spices😍
just got home from 🔥🔥🔥 @barrysbootcamp class and now catching up on work.

@healthymoodsf going out for a bike ride and paleo blueberry pancakes this saturday sounded real good so i couldn’t help myself! paired with sautéed pluots, yogurt and peanut butter 😋
i made these pancakes using @bobsredmill paleo baking mix and I added 2 scoops of @vitalproteins collagen and frozen blueberries to the batter. for the pluots: sauté pluots in a pan coated with coconut oil over medium-low heat for 3-4 minutes with 1 tsp coconut sugar. enjoy! happy saturday friends! #healthymoodsf

@healthymoodsf save this recipe! easy peasy chicken stir fry💁🏻‍♀️
making stir fry is seriously the best when you want to use up all the vegetables that are sitting in your fridge or about to go bad 🙊 it took me 15 minutes to whip up this dinner (I used the leftover rotisserie chicken from whole foods) and here is what I did: 
heat up a pan and coat it with olive oil. add 3 cloves of garlic and sauté for a few minutes. then add the veggies you have in hand. i used zucchini, mini bell peppers, broccoli and garlic. first, i sautéed the zucchini, then added bell peppers, cooked for about 4 minutes and finally added a the broccoli. drizzle veggies with toasted sesame oil. prep the pad thai noodles (follow the instructions on the package). they generally takes 5 minutes to boil. add the noodles to the pan with veggies, drizzle with more sesame oil, add the rotisserie chicken, sprinkle with tons of sesame seeds and enjoy!!
I also added avocado and feta cheese to my bowl and it was 🔥🔥🔥 #healthymoodsf #easydinner

@healthymoodsf tbh I slightly burnt the fillet side of the salmon so you guys get to see the skin part only 😂
prepped dinner in advance so i don’t have to worry about it later. 
sear wild salmon fillet in toasted sesame oil (my salmon is from @sizzlefishfit, code ‘healthymood10’ for discount). season with black pepper, salt, garlic powder . sprinkle with chipotle powder + smoked paprika after it’s done. don’t be like me and set a timer to cook the salmon for 3 minutes on each side🤣
I also made cheesy cauliflower gnocchi (see my highlights for tutorial) drizzled with @sietefoods cashew nacho queso😋
paired with some pickles and arugula, tomatoes, pepitas + EVOO salad😍 i’m off to the gym! haven’t worked out since tuesday and i’m so ready to sweat it out 🙊have a great evening 😘 #healthymoodsf #salmondinner #glutenfree

@healthymoodsf went to bed late, woke up early and had this for breakfast—perfect fuel for the long day! the movers are showing up soon and the moving party will begin📦😑 going to miss this gorgeous view but more excited for the bigger place😆
