Hollow back is a term that refers to creating extension in the lumbar spine. The lower spine has a natural curvature, but in hollow back versions of arm-balance yoga poses, that curvature is increased. Two keys to protecting the spine in hollow back poses are counterbalancing the weight with the legs and hollowing the upper back by drawing the chest between the arms, thereby stacking the upper spine.

Whatever situation you think of in life it's about balance. 
No matter if it's physical like in a handstand, or mental balance like in a conversation with your partner or a friend. We yearn for this all known happy & healthy life balance thing. We want to have time for ourselves and family, but as well enough money to be able to satisfy our material cravings. 
Actually the definition of what balance means to each of us is different, but perhaps there are some universal truths. Each of us needs a healthy work life balance to be truly happy and healthy. Others, like me, believe that your body, mind and soul must be in balance to truly be at peace, to live a fulfilling life. What means to work out, move your body, but also rest and take time for yourself. Train and challenge your brain, never stop studying or learning. Be open and brave enough to grow personally.

Too often many of us live a life that is far out of balance. Putting the things that are not as important first, or letting them tip the scale too far in one direction. These things make us feel unfulfilled, mentally and physically ill. 
Define what balance means to you, in your life, and how you can achieve it everyday. Even the smallest steps make you move in the right direction.
