I’m not going to sugar coat this, is was rather unpleasant during those muscle ups and especially the back end of the bike haha. 
I had a glitch when I tried to reset the monitor to 0 so I would definitely like to have another crack at this one in the not to distant future! .

Definitely save this one if your feeling like a quick and brutal punish 💪🏻
I sat there on my quads for a while as they were BLOWN!! Haha 😂 .

Having the 2 kettlebells really has an awkward factor for the workout. When you break up your sets you just have to stay close and keep attacking. The more you walk away from the bells the harder there going to be to get back to.

Certainly 🔥 the shoulders and the lungs. 
Break things up strategically to try and limit the burn. 
The aim was to practice my walks under a lot of fatigue and breathing heavy this did the trick and no face plants!! Winning!!

7 Bar Muscle Ups

Pretty much a 🔥 workout, assault runner was quite hard after the days activities but tried to hold my paces. Goal was Unbroken on the muscle ups ✅ although last round on the bar there were a few abnormal groans getting thrown around haha 😂

I really enjoy this format for workouts. It has the possibility of a BIG MISTAKE 👎🏻when you creep into the larger rounds if you’ve gone out too hot 🥵 
Doing workouts like this really teaches you about pacing and your capacity to handle heavier loads and harder gymnastics movements under a lot of fatigue. 
You tend to learn a lot about your self when your working out and when you get into the thick of things. 
Do you slow down and try and ease the pain or do you go for it so it will finish faster??? Give this one a crack or save it for a day when your stuck for workout ideas!

.
First if I’m more confident in the movement I will add in with a conditioning movement and most times it will be work rest. .
.
If I’m not as confident, like with the ramp I will do as a stand alone, it keeps the heart rate low and allows full focus on what I’m doing. Once I build more confidence with it again I will add in with other conditioning movements and then into regular workouts! .
.
First master a skill, then master it with other movements consistently Then add in all the intensity!! .
