Been speaking to a few people over the past few days about my recent posts about my weight!
I used to be sooo focused on the scale worrying if it had gone up by 0.1lb thinking I had gained fat! It got me down, then I stayed in bed because I had no motivation and then I ate to make myself feel better. And did I feel better, NO!!
โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
WHY?...
Because scale weight isnโ€™t the be all and end all!
Scale weight can go up and down based on to many things...

WEIGHT: 69.2kg ๐Ÿ˜ณ 0.2kg of my absolute heaviest. Am I bothered? Not really. Body composition now is sooo much better than last time I was this weight!
TRAINING: push / pull / legs ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘ 50 mins cardio every other day sometimes every two days.
CALORIES: around 2300-2500 depends how hungry I am ๐Ÿท hitting around the same protein number each day and then carbs and fats are just what they are. Iโ€™m not making a conscious effort to hit daily numbers right now. And thatโ€™s okay!
THE OLD PLAN: okay so the plan was to โ€˜diet/cut for Morocco and to tell you the truth I I havenโ€™t cut down one bit. Not because I canโ€™t but because I didnโ€™t really want to! Training is going great at the moment and when Iโ€™m in a calorie deficit my training does take a lil knock and becomes quite hard! And for now I just didnโ€™t wanna be in diet mode ๐Ÿ•
THE NEW PLAN: keep training hard and enjoying this relaxed approach to nutrition, enjoy Morocco and Jamaica and then drop the hammer and DIET ( letโ€™s face it after 2 all inclusive holidays ya girl is gonna have to pull something out the bag ๐Ÿ˜‚) ready for Mexico end of November ๐ŸŒดโ˜€๏ธ

So Iโ€™ve had a pretty weird time post show, lots of tears with the way Iโ€™ve been looking since gaining weight, because I donโ€™t look like I did on show day. BUT OBVIOUSLY I DONT I WAS NEVER GOING TO BE ABLE TO KEEP IT UP. But itโ€™s taken until the last week or so to realise that๐Ÿคท๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ(not afraid to admit Iโ€™ve struggled, everyone struggles at times right?)

Iโ€™m finally in a good position, Iโ€™m happy with the way I look and managed to wear shorts in the gym again, Iโ€™m deadlifting 90kg for reps which I have NEVER done, I even chest pressed the 22.5kg for reps today too!

We are 3.5kg down this week, which is just all the  crepes and Prosecco from my holiday leaving me lol ๐Ÿฅ‚๐Ÿฅ‚
Working with โ€˜IIFYMโ€™ for now and seems to be working pretty well with 40 mins of cardio daily. Didnโ€™t do any cardio today though as my body feels a bit battered, am I stressed about missing it? NOPE.
