講師には、全国のヨガイベントでも活躍してる私が尊敬する赤沼直美先生をはじめ一緒にヨガトレーニングをしていた素敵な東園昭子先生、マグマヨガを担当してくれるHaruka先生皆んなで盛り上げていきます。また上質なホットヨガと話題沸騰の富士山溶岩ヨガ等、皆様にもっとヨガを楽しんで頂きたく、バラエティー豊富にご用意いたしました。

@seonia Last pose and flow for #BuildYourAloFlow , I choose between bridge pose and shoulder stand. It’s kind of hybrid pose to me. 😅the flow goes : Halasana-shoulderstand- bridge pose variation- rolling side( it’s fun part 🙈) - dolphin- headstand ( option can go pincha) 
I shared pincha last time but here instead of pincha I brought headstand.  From dolphin pose both pincha and headstand is possible. I often share pincha so here I choose headstand 🙃😁 Enjoy your last flow!!!! Safe and Fun practice!

@seonia I like to turn things upside down,to watch picture and situations from another perspective-Utsushi Wehrli- choose pincha hollowback for #BuildYourAloFlow for inversion 🙃#pinchamayurasana is always my fav inversion pose. Hollowback is required not only invert but also open heart so it need more energetic power however it’s always fun practice with lots of concentration . What’s your favorite inversion?? So I hope you know that my practice is always slow. Slow move is good to listen our body voice. @seonia Sharing variations of wall cobra pose for Day5 #BuildYourAloFlow ( sorry I’m late to sharing day5) first one is like a more chest stand. From here  bring torso forward and lift chest (upper body) is more connected cobra or sphinx pose. As you see the photo, you realized all my leg is supported in the wall. So this mean we need leg strength while we are doing backbend. Hamstring need connection and inner thigh too. I can say leg strength is important in backbend. In here already the wall is supporting your leg , so it’s helpful to practice the shape of pose but we definitely need to practice our own self practice without any props too. 
And check how I combine Day4 and 5 🙃 I will sharing after.

@seonia Clearly we don’t always need to go deep bend and it’s not a option for practice yoga asana. I’m not always practice deep bend but when I feel, my body is quietly open I try. When we try some challenge the good thing is I can more focusing and concentrate. It means stay now , and this moment. So this is one of the best reason I love challenge asanas. Day5 #BuildYourAloFlow is focusing on #backbend and I choose variation of lunge backbend. 🐒 what will you choose for your challenge backbend?
