Ingredients 
1/2 red onion diced
2 cloves garlic 
4c diced butternut squash 
1 can rinsed chickpeas
3c baby spinach
1 can coconut milk 
1 tsp turmeric 
1 tbsp curry powder 
1/2-1tsp tsp chilli flakes
Sea salt and pepper to taste
1 jar Tikka Masala

Preheat oven 375. Toss squash with turmeric, curry, sea salt and pepper. Roast for 25 minutes until fork tender. Heat pan with olive oil and add garlic, onion and chilli flakes. Add in tempeh. Sauté for approximately 3-5 minutes. Addin chickpeas. Cook for several minutes. Addin Tikka Masala sauce, stir to combine. Addin coconut milk. Stir to combine. Cover with lid and simmer for 10 minutes. Add in baby spinach, cover and simmer until spinach wilts. Check for seasoning. Serve with quinoa or rice. .

One of my FAVORITE pancake recipes. Cassava flour makes these pancakes so incredibly fluffy, light and buttery. Topped off with fresh fruit, and maple syrup. .

Ingredients: 
3/4 cup Cassava flour. I used @bobsredmill
1/2 Tbsp baking powder
pinch of sea salt
2 eggs
1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted. 
1/2 cup + 3 Tbsp almond milk. .

Method:
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and whisk until well combined. Grease a non-stick pan add mixture to pan. Allow batter to cook until bubbles start to form, and then flip for an additional minute. #LovelydeLITES

Because soup tends to be just a bunch of veg with stock and spices, I always like to add a protein-rich side to make it a balanced and filling meal. 
Today that was 👉🏼 toasted Best Ever Gluten Free Bread, spread generously with sundried tomato white bean dip + a fresh kale. Delish!!

SUNDRIED TOMATO WHITE BEAN DIP
1 can butter beans, drained
2 cloves garlic 
2 tbsp sundried tomatoes 
1 tsp dried oregano 
2 heaped tbsp tahini
Juice of 1/2 a lemon 
Salt and pepper, to taste .

1️⃣Add all ingredients to a food processor. Blend until super smooth and creamy.
2️⃣Spread on toast or use as a dip for crackers, veg etc!!

Homemade strawberry coconut ice cream
🔸400g frozen strawberries
🔸1 cup (240ml) full fat coconut milk
🔸1/3 cup (80ml) maple syrup, or adjust the amount to your taste
Add all ingredients to a blender (or food processor) and blend until smooth. Transfer to a container and place in the freezer for at least 20 minutes. After that time you can scoop and serve ice cream, or mix it and freeze for another 20 minutes. You can also freeze it for several hours and let soften for 5-10 minutes before serving.

I’m feeling even shittier than I was this morning (did an IG live on @elifyamangil for turkish college students which drained the shit out of this introvert), and now I have a stye in my left eye which I’m pretty sure is from not sleeping / grieving but I pre-schedule my posts (sort of) so here goes 🤷‍♀️😅 I got the chocolatey Saturday treat for ya! Nothing but good simple ingredients that you probably have right now. These babies are shaped like cookies but they’re underbaked so basically fudgy inside! Uh, yum?!

- 1 tbsp coconut oil ( 15 g)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (21 g)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup flour, gf ok (30 g)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder (6 g)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips (15 g)

Makes 3 brownie cookies:
1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a cookie sheet with parchment.
2. Melt coconut oil, add syrup, vanilla, mix.
3. Whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt.
4. Combine the two, it’ll be something between cookie dough and brownie batter.
5. Add chocolate chips,
6. If the batter is too wet, refrigerate 5-10 min to firm up.
7. Scoop on the cookie sheet, shape however you like. 
8. Bake 8-10 min only so they stay fudgy like brownies inside.
9. Let them cool and firm up a bit and eat!

Çok az zeytinyağında sarımsakla beraber rendelenmiş kabakları kavurarak pişirdikten sonra, içine taze karabiber çektim ve tuzunu ekledim. İçine peyniri rendeledim. Zeytinyağının kalanını ve ufak doğradığımız dereotunu da karıştırarak dolaba kaldırdım. Zeytinyağının önemli bir kısmını altını kapattıktan sonra koyma sebebimiz zeytinyağının o dehşet güzel aromasında bir bozunma olmasını istemediğimden. Aynı şekilde dereotunun da bence çiğken aroması çok daha güzel. Biraz bekleyip soğuduktan sonra yemenizi tavsiye ederim.

Malzemeler:

2 rendelenmiş yeşil kabak

dereotu

soğuk sıkım zeytinyağı

1 diş sarımsak

1 çay kaşığı şeker

taze çekim karabiber

eski keçi peyniri ( Canruba Peyniri, Carfour Gurme’nin peynir reyonunda açık olarak satılıyor. Yerine parmesan gibi, başka aromatik ve sert bir eski peynir de kullanılabilir.

Pour faire écho à vos récits, sachez que moi aussi, j’ai vécu avec une belle-mère martyre pendant des années dont le seul et unique but était de m’éliminer. Moi aussi je me suis retrouvée à errer dans les rues ne sachant où aller dormir. Moi aussi j’ai grandi auprès d’un parent malade ayant tenté de mettre fin à ses jouer devant moi. Moi aussi j’ai été victime d’un voisinage bruyant et insultant au point d’entamer une procédure en justice qui aura duré 2 ans. Moi aussi j‘ai pensé que mon destin était de souffrir et que jamais je ne sortirais la tête de l’eau.

Aujourd’hui, des pages se tournent, je grandi, je m’affirme et j’ose élever ma voix pour défendre mes droits. Cela ne veut pour autant pas dire que ma vie est parfaite et que je n’ai plus de combats intérieurs qui m’anéantissent quotidiennement... Alors, si vous êtes victimes d’injustices, si vous subissez des violences, si vous vivez dans la peur et dans la contrainte. Sachez que je suis là et que je vous aime. Mais par pitié, parlez. Ne gardez pas tout ce qui vous ronge au fond de vous.

Yarım çay bardağı esmer şeker 
Yarım çay bardağı yağsız süt 
2 adet yumurta 
1 çay bardağı kepekli un 
Yarım çay bardağı badem 
1 tatlı kaşığı tarçın 
Yarım paket vanilin
Yarım paket kabartma tozu 
Karıştırma kabında yumurtayı ve şekeri beyazlaşıncaya kadar çırpın. Sırasıyla, un, süt ve elma dışındaki tüm malzemeleri ekleyip karıştırın. Elmayı küp küp doğradıktan sonra un ve sütü de elleyip son kez karıştırın. Önceden yağlanmış kek kalıbına dökün. 180 derecelik fırında, yaklaşık 25 dakika, üstü kızarıncaya kadar pişirin. Afiyet olsun!

Hi guys! Hope you are all well, had a quiet day today as I have been feeling under the weather. The heat reduces my appetite completely and I have been feeling quite sick with it too. On the bright side I managed to go for a 2.5 mile walk this morning. At first I really didn’t feel like going but I am glad I pushed myself in the end. I also cooked my first Sunday dinner which you can see here haha. Proper chuffed at myself cooking in this heat! 🥰

On my Sunday dinner I had a chicken breast coated in @spicentice peppery rub, mash, peas, sprouts and cauliflower. Also added some extra thick gravy on top (my fav) Was so so tasty and will attempt to make a few more in the near future 🌟

Makes 12 muffins 
INGREDIENTS
BASE FOR ALL SAVORY MUFFINS ....150g white flour
....1 tsp baking powder
....3 eggs
....60ml olive oil (4tbsp) ....150ml semi-skimmed milk
....125 grated cheddar (I use some light mature cheddar) 
GARNISH FOR THESE CAKES
....2 leeks, sliced .....1 bunch of basil (25g) leaves scissored .....75g gorgonzola, diced ——
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180*C fan.
In a non sticky frying pan, let the leeks cook gently for 10 minutes on medium heat, with the lid on, to get them to soften, then let them cool down. 
Mix the flour with the baking powder in a big bowl. Add in the eggs and whisk until thick paste. Stir in the milk (ideally luke warm, will be easier to mix) and then the olive oil. Drop the grated cheese and mix until well combined. Add all the ingredients of the muffins garnish and stir again. 
Place the mixture in 12 individual muffin tins and bake for 30 minutes. (alternatively, if you do not have that kind of baking tin, place the whole mixture in a rectangular cake tin, and cock for 45 to 50 minutes)
To ensure it’s cooked, put the point of a sharp knife in the muffins: it needs to come out without any garnish stuck on it. Et au goûter, j'ai fait un cake très léger, frais et super bon au citron et aux graines de chia qui s'accompagne parfaitement avec un thé vert à la menthe ou une boisson fraîche fruitée!!😋🍓🍋🍒🍃
Voici la recette👩‍🍳:
150g de farine de riz complète 
50g de maïzena
150g de sucre stevia ( pour cette recette j'ai voulu utiliser un sucre diététique ) 
Un sachet de sucre vanillé et un sachet de levure chimique 
120ml de l'huile végétale ( coco ou tournesol )
 3 oeufs 
Un citron 
3 cuillères à soupe de graines de chia 
Préparez d'abord le citron( rapez très finement la peau en prenant soin de ne pas râper la peau blanche de citron puis coupez le en deux et pressez le bien pour en recueillir le jus🍋)
Mélangez les farines avec la levure et et le sucre puis ajoutez les oeufs un par un et mélangez. Rajoutez après l'huile végétale et enfin le zeste râpé de citron avec le jus et les graines de chia.( gardez quelques graines pour la décoration) Versez cette préparation dans un moule à cake beurré et fariné et faites cuire votre cake 35mn à 40mn à 180 degré! 🍞🍋🍃

Korpus:
- 5 velkých nebo 6 menších vajec
- 100 g cukru
- 50 g másla
- 50 g hladké špaldové mouky
- 80 g mletých mandlí
- 25 g kakaa
- 2 lžičky prášku do pečiva
.
Troubu predehřejeme na 180 °C (horkovzduch na 160°C). Máslo rozpustíme a necháme chladnout.
Formě na dort o průměru 21 cm vyložíme dno pečicím papírem.
Bílky oddělíme od žloutků. Bílky dáme do mísy, přisypeme maličko soli a začneme ušlehat sníh. Když je sníh polotuhý, po částech a za stálého šlehání do něj přisypáváme cukr. Pak došleháme do tuhého sněhu, který na metlách tvoři špičky.
Šleháme dál a po jednom přidáváme žloutky - každý zašleháme a teprve pak přidáme další. Po žloutcich přilijeme (stále za šlehání) tenkým pramínkem zchladlé máslo.

V mise smícháme mleté mandle, mouku, kakao a prášek do pečiva a tuto směs přidáme k našlehanému vaječnému těsta stěrkou zamícháme.
Těsto nalijeme do formy na dort, rozetřeme směrem k bokům, aby vprostřed zůstal trošku důlek a pečeme v rozehřáté troubě asi 40 minut dokud zapíchnutá špejle nevyjde z dortu suchá.
Korpus vyndáme z trouby a necháme ho cca na 30 minut chladnout na mřížce. Pak nožem odřízneme korpus od boku formy, rozepne obruč, odstraníme dno a necháme na mřížce zcela vychladnout.

Krém:
- 2 balení ricotty
- 1 balení tvarohu ve vaničce
- 100 g vysokoprocentní čokolády
- lžička Ghí na rozpuštění čokolády
- cukr dle chuti
- kakao dle chuti - můžete a nemusíte dat podle toho jak tmavý a výrazný chcete krém mít
- ovoce dovnitř do dortu a na ozdobu

Čokoládu a Ghí rozpustíme ve vodní lázni. Ricottu a tvaroh dobře prošleháme spolu s případným cukrem. Přidáme rozpuštěnou čokoládu a znovu dobře prošleháme. Podle chuti můžeme přidat ještě kakao s kapkou mléka (pokud by jsme chtěli krém tmavší a výraznější) a znovu dobře prošleháme. .
Prokrojený korpus dobře promažeme, pokládeme ovocem, přiklopíme a vršek znovu namažeme, nebo ozdobíme.

Recipe For the sweet & sour dumpling filling heat 2 tbsp canola oil in a pot over low-medium heat, added 1 small onion (chopped), 3 cloves of garlic (minced), a ca. 2 cm long piece of ginger (minced), 1/2 small cabbage head (finely chopped) and let everything cook for about 3-4 minutes before add 200g chopped mushromms. Then, let everything cook for another minute and added 1 tsp salt, 1 1/2 tbsp. flour, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar and 2 tbsp brown sugar. stir everything together and after ca. 5 minutes the filling was ready🍃This recipe makes enough filling for ca. 26 dumplings 🥟🥟🥟 For the chili broth that goes on top of the steamed dumplings simply mix together 100ml vegetable broth, 1 tbsp canola oil and 1 tsp chili flakes 🌿⠀

▫️1 sachet de levure
▫️10cl d’huile de tournesol
▫️12,5cl de lait
▫️100g de gruyère râpé
▫️200g de thon
▫️500g de poivrons (vert et rouge)
▫️huile d’olive
▫️sel/poivre

👩🏽‍🍳RECETTE👩🏽‍🍳

1 - Préchauffez le four à 180°C
2 - Épépinez et coupez en fine lamelles les poivrons. Faites-les revenir dans une poêle avec de l’huile d’olive 20min.
3 - Ajoutez le thon émietté, le sel et le poivre et laissez rissolé 5min.
4 - Dans un saladier, fouettez les œufs, la farine et la levure.
5 - Incorporez en plusieurs fois le lait et l’huile.
6 - Ajoutez le gruyère râpé.
7 - Mélangez la préparation de poivrons et thon dans le saladier.
8 - Versez dans un moule et cuire 45min.

✨Instructions:
Bake brownies according to the recipe on my blog. When brownies are done, take them out of the oven and add mini marshmallows in an even layer. Set the oven to broil (mine was at 525), and move the rack up (mine was on the rack second from the top so the brownies were about 5 inches away from the heat). Broil for about 45 seconds. WATCH CLOSELY. Remove from oven when marshmallows are browned and then top with graham cracker crumbles, extra dark chocolate chips and then drizzle with peanut butter. ENJOY 😉 •

1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup sprouted wheat flour

1/4 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp maple syrup
2.5 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp vegan butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 tsp Gourmet Lavender Extract Paste

#healthyrecipes Instagram Hashtag - I’ll take some homemade chips and hummus any day 😌👏🏻 I am loving @sietefoods cassava flour tortillas, you can seriously make so many different things with them! And they are allergy friendly (love that)! Depending on how many chips you want depends on how many tortillas! I used about 3-4 to make chips (not all pictured because i ate them 🤣). Cup the tortillas into desirable triangles. I acted like i was cutting a mini pizza so they came out almost identical ✨ in a medium skillet, heat 1 1/2 tbsp of @primalkitchenfoods avocado oil, add tortillas, sprinkle black pepper and salt. Cook for about 2-4 minutes on each side or until brown and no longer soft. Once you flip, season the other side as well. Remove from heat and let them sit for a minute or two to cool off from the oil! Serve with your fav hummus or guacamole, today i used @sabra red pepper hummus and homemade guac of course ✨👏🏻🥑 Can’t wait to make these once football season comes back around, happy Sunday ✨🤩

SUMMER IS HERE. So I decided to show you how to make some iced tea cooler using mostly natural ingredients. ⁣
⁣
I only used 1 teabag for this recipe (really don’t like the taste of strong iced tea) but feel free to steep up to 5 teabags for a larger amount! I used sugar to create my syrup but normally use honey 🍯. ⁣
⁣
𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒⁣
TEA⁣
1-3 tea steeped in 3 cups of boiling water. Stirred and left to cool. ⁣
⁣
BERRY SYRUP⁣
3 Cups of  Water⁣
2 cups of berries (raspberry, blackberry, redcurrant, black currant)⁣
3/4 Cup Sugar OR 1 Cup Honey ⁣
1/2 Tsp Salt⁣
1 Tbsp Cinnamon⁣
1 tsp Rosewater⁣
⁣
Place teabags in boiling water and allow to steep. Stir occasionally then leave to cool for around 20 mins (I put mine in the fridge after a while)⁣
⁣
Pour berries into saucepan with water. Heat until boiling. Stir continuously. Crush the berries down with a fork or wooden spoon.⁣
⁣
Add sugar, salt, cinnamon and other natural flavourings e.g. rosewater. Stir constantly. Boil for 5 more minutes until slightly thick. ⁣
⁣
Drain berry syrup into a jug a mesh sieve and use spoon to push the pulp through. Leave to cool. ⁣
⁣
Combine the cooled tea and syrup. Pour into class with ice and frozen berries. Serve immediately. ⁣

1/2 avo
1 1/2 tsp yogurt
15g coriander
1 green chili
2 cloves garlic
The zest and juice of one lemon
Salt and pepper

I make hummus almost every week too and I never actually have everything I need to make it. Here’s my recipe though. 🥜 Can you spot the one random ingredient in this, because I just never have tahini?

Can of chickpeas (keep some of the brine to thin out the mixture)
2 tbsp peanut butter
3 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic
3/4 tsp cumin
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper
Paprika (to sprinkle over the top)

In a bowl, i scooped my 1 avocado and added minced garlic, garlic powder and a dash of pepper and salt. I Mixed these together while 2 slices of bread were toasting. Once bread was done, add avocado mixture to toast, top of piece of toast with chicken and the other with roasted red bell peppers (on top of the avocado spread). Boom you got a less than 5 minute sandwich using leftovers and pantry staples ✨ not pictured my berries and side salad. Happy Friday everyone, enjoy the weekend✨
